Manage tabs
Open a tab

Create tab — Click above the SmartBox.

Open link in a new tab — Right-click the link and select Open link in new tab.

Open a tab in a new window — Right-click the link and select Open link in new window.
Find a tab
On the sidebar, click ( if you have 10 tabs open) and start entering the tab name or address in the search bar. You'll see suggestions below.
Actions with tabs

Disable sound on tab — Click to the right of the tab name.

Enable sound on tab — Click to the right of the tab name.

Open a recently closed tab — Click → History and select the tab in the list that opens. Or right-click the tab and select Open recently closed tab.

Go to the top of the page — To quickly navigate to the top of the page, click a tab. To go back, click the tab again.

Refresh tab — Click the icon to the left of the SmartBox.

Move tab — Click and hold the tab. Drag it to the left or right.

Pin tab — Right-click the tab and select Pin tab.

Duplicate tab — Right-click the tab and select Duplicate.

Move tab to new window — Right-click the tab and select Move tab → New window.

Move tab to another window — Right-click the tab, select Move tab → Tabs window 2 (the number may be different: it indicates when the window was created relative to other windows), and choose a tab group where you want to move the tab.

Move tab to new group — Right-click the tab and select Move tab → New group.

Move tab to another group — Right-click the tab, select Move tab, and click the group in the list.

Close tab — Hover over the tab title and click the icon that appears.
Note
By default, after closing the tab, the tab to the right of the closed one opens. To go to the tab that was previously active, go to**** → Settings → Interface and enable Go to previous active tab when closing current tab.

Close all tabs except the selected one — Right-click the tab and select Close other tabs.

Print tab contents — Right-click the page and select Print.

Actions with multiple tabs
To select multiple tabs, click them one by one while holding Ctrl (on Windows) or ⌘ (on macOS). Right-click any selected tab and choose the necessary command (for example, you can open several tabs in a new window or close them).
If the tabs are next to one another, use the Shift key:

Holding Shift, click the first and then the last tab that you want to select.

Release the Shift key.

Right-click any selected tab and choose a command.
To deselect them, click any other tab.
Tabs on the sidebar
When a lot of tabs are open, they may become difficult to navigate.Yandex Browser contains a special panel for managing a large number of tabs. The panel displays tabs in a vertical list that's divided into groups.
To open the tab control panel, go to the side panel and click ( if you have 10 tabs open) or press Ctrl + Shift + E in Windows (Shift + ⌘ + E in macOS).
Note
If the icon is missing, click → Tools in the side panel and enable Tab manager. To remove the icon, disable the Tab manager option.
To manage tabs, you can use:

Hover over a tab in the list and click the icon that appears to the left.

At the bottom of the panel, select one of the icons :

Mouse gestures
Hold down the right mouse button to perform gestures. Then release the button after you complete the gesture.
Alert
If you are using a one-button mouse in macOS, you need to perform all gestures by holding down the Ctrl key and the mouse button.
