Browser takes too long to start
Close tabs and applications
Close unused tabs, especially those running videos or complex web apps.
Disable the autorun of background programs you don't need and end processes in Yandex Browser's Task Manager:
Press Shift + Esc (Windows) or ⌥ + ⌘ + Esc (macOS). Yandex Browser's Task Manager will open. It shows which tabs, extensions, and processes are using the most resources.
Select the items consuming the most resources → End process.
This will free up system resources and help Yandex Browser start faster.
Clear data
Click → History → Clear history or press Ctrl + Shift + Del (on Windows) or Shift + ⌘ + Backspace (on macOS).
In the Clear history window, select the period for which you want to delete data.
Enable the desired options.
Click Clear. This will reduce the load.
