Отключение политики несет риск [загрузки](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/docs/design/sandbox.md#Process-mitigation-policies) потенциально опасного кода. Отключайте ее, только если Renderer Code Integrity конфликтует с ПО (например, с антивирусом) в процессе рендеринга.
